- In-game performance data and match results submitted to or recorded by the Platform;
- Rankings, leaderboard positions, and competition history.
2.4 Transaction Records
- Virtual coin purchase history (amounts and timestamps);
- Tournament entry fee deduction records;
- Prize payout records and associated wallet addresses provided by you.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information exclusively for the following purposes:

4. Virtual Coins and Internal Accounting
Clarification — Virtual Coins
Virtual coins ("Coins") are internal accounting entries used exclusively to facilitate tournament entry fee payments within the Platform. Coin balances and transaction records are maintained for operational purposes only.
Coin transactions do not constitute financial transactions, investments, or any form of monetary exchange. We do not conduct financial profiling, credit scoring, or behavioural analysis based on Coin usage. Coin transaction records are maintained solely for tournament administration, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance purposes.
5. No Custodial Financial Services
DigiCup does not provide custodial financial services of any kind. Specifically:
- We do not hold, store, or manage cryptocurrency wallets on behalf of users;
- We do not hold fiat currency deposits on behalf of users;
- Fiat payments made to acquire Coins are processed immediately to generate the corresponding internal credit; no fiat balance is retained by DigiCup;
- DigiCup does not operate as a payment institution, money services business, electronic money institution, or financial intermediary.
6. Payment Gateway — Third-Party Payment Processor
All cryptocurrency prize payouts are processed through Payment Gateway, an independent third-party payment processor. DigiCup does not process blockchain transactions internally, does not store private cryptocurrency keys, and does not maintain a custodial relationship over user cryptocurrency at any stage.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Prize Payouts: Your wallet address and payout amount are shared with Payment Gateway to facilitate prize disbursement;
- Service Providers: With analytics, infrastructure, or security service providers who process data strictly under our instruction and pursuant to binding data processing agreements;
- Legal Obligations: Where required by applicable law, valid court order, or regulatory authority;
- Protection of Rights: To protect the rights, safety, or property of DigiCup, our users, or the public where permitted by law.
8. No Financial Profiling
We do not use Coin transaction data, tournament participation records, or any user activity data for the following purposes:
- Financial profiling or credit scoring;
- Targeted advertising based on spending behaviour;
- Sale of behavioural or demographic data to data brokers or advertisers.
Transaction records are used solely for account management, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
9. Data Retention
- Account data is retained for the duration of your account and for up to 5 years following account closure;
- Transaction records (Coin purchases, prize payouts) are retained for up to 7 years for legal and compliance purposes;
- Technical logs (IP addresses, session data) are retained for up to 12 months;
- Data may be retained for a longer period if required by applicable law, regulatory obligation, or ongoing legal proceedings.
10. Your Rights
Subject to applicable data protection law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements);
