DigiCup does not provide custodial financial services of any kind. Specifically:

• We do not hold, store, or manage cryptocurrency wallets on behalf of users;
• We do not hold fiat currency deposits on behalf of users;
• Fiat payments made to acquire Coins are processed immediately to generate the corresponding internal credit; no fiat balance is retained by DigiCup;
• DigiCup does not operate as a payment institution, money services business, electronic money institution, or financial intermediary.

• Account data is retained for the duration of your account and for up to 5 years following account closure;
• Transaction records (Coin purchases, prize payouts) are retained for up to 7 years for legal and compliance purposes;
• Technical logs (IP addresses, session data) are retained for up to 12 months;
• Data may be retained for a longer period if required by applicable law, regulatory obligation, or ongoing legal proceedings.
